RO-177A Agricultural Silicone Spreading and Penetrating Agent ( it is still clear after mixed with water)

Silicone spreading and penetrating agent RO-177A is a modified trisiloxane, and is an organic silicone surfactant with super ability of spreading. It makes the water surface tension lower down to the 20.5mN/m at the concentration of 0.1% (wt.).

Application:

1. Used in agrochemicals.

Used as spray adjuvant:RO-177A can increase the coverage of the spraying agent,promote the uptake and decrease the dosage of the spraying agent. RO-177A is the most effective when spray mixtures are

(i) Within a PH range of 6-8

(ii) Prepare the spray mixture for immediately use or within 24h preparation. Used in agrochemical formulations: RO-177A can be added in the original pesticide.

2. Used in coatings and paints:

RO-177A can be widely used in water based and solvent based coatings and paints. It is effective at the very low use level, it is a super wetting and penetrating agent especially used in water based coatings and paints. It provides low surface tension and high surface activities, improves the flow, leveling, smoothness and wetting of the base materials, etc.

The dosage is depended upon the type of formulations.

The recommended dosage is 0.1～0.2wt % of the total water based systems and 0.5% of the total solvent based systems.

A thorough application test is necessary to get an ideal result.

It has different characteristics when used in different systems.

25kg,  200kg plastic drum , 1MT/IBCs container, or up to clients request.

Storage：

After sealed packing, the product should be stored in a dry and cool place to avoid contact with acid and alkali and keep away from fire. The effective storage period is 24 months.
