2.Advantage

（1）PFAS Free, Belonging to green and environmentally friendly products;

（2）Excellent processing stability, with excellent waterproof, oil stain resistant, stain resistant, and alcohol resistant properties;

（3）The fabric has a wide range of applicability, and when used in conjunction with

crosslinking agents, it can further enhance its initial and wash resistant effects;

（4）Endow the fabric with excellent hand feel, good anti slip performance, minimal color change, and shallow hand scratch marks.

Appearance:  milky white lotion

Ionic:  weak cationic

pH (stock solution): 3.0-5.0

Solid Content（%，130℃*3h）：29.0-31.0

4.Application

Suitable for waterproof and oil stain resistant finishing of fabrics such as cotton, polyester cotton, synthetic fibers, etc.

5.Usage amount for reference 

Padding Process:

Chemical fiber weaving:  30g/L-80g/L

Cotton weaving/cotton knitting: 30g/L-100g/L

Processing method: one dipping and one rolling

Baking conditions:   160-180 ℃   0.5-2 min (chemical fiber)

     150-160 ℃    2-3 min(cotton and its blends)

Liquid Carrying Rate: 30% -90% (chemical fiber)

50% -70% (cotton and its blends)

6.Package 

120L plastic drums,1000L plastic drums

7.Storage 

Store at 5℃-30℃. 6 months of storage period.
