Description:

A silicone coating additives which reduces the surface tension strongly, gives the substrate wetting and anti-piping properties.

Leveling Agent RO-450 is suitable for all kinds of solvent system, leveling rate is quick, high temperature resistant performance, provide excellent flow leveling effect without bubble, excellent compatibility, does not provide handle feeling.

Special modified Polysiloxane. It is excellent organosilicone surfactant auxiliary which can supply good wetting property of bottom materials and anti-cratering property. It increases the smoothness of surface, scratch resistance and anti-adhesive property, improves leveling,gloss, and prevents Bernard swirl. Applied as additives in solvent-based, solvent-free based and water-based paint system.

Usage:

It can be added as original form or pre-dilution form. Dosage: 0.05%-1.0%

25Kg /200Kg plastic drum, 1mt IBCs container or according to customer’s request . 

Transportation and storage:

Transportation as non-dangerous goods.. Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 12 months of storage period.
